Our salon is open for business and our phone lines are available to book appointments.

At Nelly’s Salon, we have always made your health and safety our top priorities. We have always followed strict protocols for cleaning and disinfection. Given the current situation, we have intensified our efforts around best practices and recommendations from the CDC.

The safety of our staff and guests is our #1 priority.  We are now only serving one client at a time in the salon and are asking our guests to wear a face mask during their appointment. If you arrive early and there is still a client being serviced, we ask that you remain outside until we have an opportunity to prepare the salon for you. We will invite you in when we are ready for you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Steps to ensure the safety of our guests and staff 

• We are sanitizing and disinfecting shared surfaces like doorknobs, handles, bathroom fixtures, chairs, counters and any other contact areas throughout the day.

• We will perform deep cleaning and sanitization at the end of each day.

• Sanitizing supplies, including alcohol-based hand sanitizer, are available to guests and staff.

• Our staff will wear face masks when performing services.

• We are spacing appointments to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting in between clients.

 Temporary measures for our clients

• We ask that you listen to your body. If you are not feeling well, please stay at home and seek medical attention. If needed, we will waive any cancellation fees for now to ensure everyone stays healthy and happy.

• Take the normal precautions that you would take during flu season. Use hand sanitizers available at the salon during check-in and check-out.

• For your safety and the safety of everyone, our stylists will be permitted to decline service to any customer exhibiting contagious symptoms. We will reschedule your appointment if desired and waive any cancellation fees. This is a temporary measure to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Safety is always our number one priority. These steps along with your cooperation will help Nelly’s Salon play our part in keeping our community healthy and safe.
